Services
TruBug Pest Control provides residential pest management in California's Central Valley. Service scope, frequency and pricing are confirmed in writing before your first visit.
Scheduling and access
We'll confirm your appointment window in advance. Exterior service can be performed without you home when gates and side yards are accessible; interior service requires an adult present.
Our guarantee
If covered pests return between scheduled visits, we re-service at no additional cost. The guarantee applies to pests included in your plan while your account is active and current.
One-year agreement, then month-to-month
General pest plans start with a one-year service agreement and continue month-to-month after that first year, so you can cancel any time once the year is complete. Specialty programs, such as roach cleanouts and rodent exclusion, are sold as a defined multi-visit program.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made. Promotional offers, including $150 off initial service, apply to new residential customers and cannot be combined with other discounts.
