Exact price depends on home size, current activity, and which pests are active. What drives cost isn't the spray — it's the labor, the free re-services, and the guarantee behind it.

What if the bugs come back?

Call us — we come back and re-treat, free, until it's solved. That's the re-service guarantee, and it's the whole reason recurring plans work. You never pay twice to fix the same problem.

Am I locked into a contract?

General pest plans start with a one-year service agreement, then continue month-to-month after that first year, so you can cancel any time once the year is up. Every plan is backed by free re-services. The one exception is a German roach cleanout — a 4-visit program, because that's genuinely what it takes to break the cycle.

Is it safe for my kids and pets?

Products are applied according to the label, which is written with households in mind. Treated areas need time to dry, and your tech will tell you what to avoid and for how long. Snail and slug bait uses iron phosphate on request, which is considered pet-safer. We won't claim “100% safe” — no responsible company should — but we'll walk you through exactly what's used.

Do you treat termites, bees or bed bugs?

No — those need a different license or a different specialist, so we'll tell you straight and point you to the right person instead of overselling. Wasps and yellowjackets, though, are ours — nest knockdown is included in general service.

Every general-pest visit is the same full checklist: de-webbing (eaves, garage, fence posts, patio), a foundation power-spray, a perimeter barrier, and yard/shrub granules — plus interior baseboard and snail/slug bait on request, and wasp-nest knockdown. No upsell required to get the full service.

Do you treat inside and outside?

Both — but not the same way. The exterior is treated every single visit; that's the backbone. Interior baseboard treatment is available on request or as needed. Outdoor-first means less product inside your living space.
